How to tie your trail shoes - Simples.

An interesting little video for those like me who had not come across this before and always wondered why my laces were far too long.

  1. That is very interesting. Another tip I have been using for years to stop the tied bow undoing easily:

    when you form the first loop and take a turn round it take two turns instead. The bow will rarely come undone except when walking through long grass or similar.

  2. Thanks Conrad i will do a comparison. I have been using the lace system as in the video on my walk today and i am very impressed with the security. Hence passing on the info to others.
